Dangerous FightWoman bites co-tenant’s testicles

For using her teeth as a weapon in a fight to masticate one Phillip Eze, her co-tenant's testicle, a 28-year-old business woman, Mirian Ndubuisi, has been dragged to an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, with two count charges of vicious assault and conspiracy leveled against her.
According to the police prosecutor in the case, ASP Erasmus Nnamonu, told the court that Ndubuisi committed the offence on the 12 of October, 2014, at her residence, 18, Odolowu Street, Ijesha, Lagos State.
While giving evidence, Nnamonu said that a fight broke out between the two tenants who had previously been at loggerheads.
He narrated that Eze had alleged in a testimony he gave in his church that Ndubuisi's attempt to eliminate him had resulted in the death of her son, which led to the fight when information got to her.
"A scuffle ensued between Ndubusi and the complainant, Eze, over his declaration in church while giving a testimony that the complainant’s son death was as a result of her intentions toward him.
During the fight, Ndubusi bit one of Eze’s arms and his scrotum, leaving deep lacerations there."
He said that the offences contravened Sections 171 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011, which prescribes that any person who unlawfully assaults another and thereby does him harm is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for three years.
The Magistrate, Mrs A.R. Onilogbo, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the matter to Dec. 11 for mention.
