When the singer had declared her intention of contesting for a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly to represent Ikeja State Constituency 1, a few months ago, many did not take her serious, believing that she is just one of those entertainers who are going into politics for money.
But Kenny has always told everyone that she is going into politics to create a positive change as well as impact on her constituents.
While a majority of the people are still to accept her position, her party, the All Progressive Congress, APC, seems to have absolute faith in her and have given her the go ahead to compete in the election
Recent development from the party in Lagos has it that Kenny Saint Best has been given the all clear to represent the party in the forthcoming election in 2015 and if everything gos to plan, she may just become a lawmaker.
