Run, Jonathan, Run Onyeka tells Goodluck

President Goodluck Jonathan’s carnival-like declaration at the Eagles Square in Abuja to seek for the mandate of the good people of Nigeria for a second term in office as their president might have come and gone but the razzamatazz and the entertainment, which spiced up the event will linger in the minds of Nigerians. And one of those who electrified the occasion was the ‘Elegant Stallion’ Lady Onyeka Onwenu (MFR). Onwenu, who is now the director general of National Centre for Women Development (NCWD, was among the A-list musicians who made the declaration a colourful one to be remembered for a long time. Here, she is seen singing one of her songs, “Run, Goodluck, Run” which she recorded and released in 2011 in support of Mr. President’s electioneering campaign.
